Post Cosmetic Surgery Lymphatic Drainage

Manual Lymphatic Drainage is used to drain excess fluid from the body and is very important after your surgery. Getting the post op care after plastic surgery reduces swelling, prevent fluid collection and the formation of scar tissue. It aids in the circulation of normal blood flow and prevention of scar tissue. Lymphatic Drainage can prevent the formation of scar tissue, lumpiness of the skin, seromas, reduced bruising, fluid retention and swelling, aids in skin retraction and more defines and shape the body. Sessions include but are not limited to surgical assessment, suture removal, seroma drainage, ultrasound cavitation, wood therapy, and various non-invasive techniques at the discretion of the provider.
